Abby is an ILM-qualified executive coach with over 14 years of experience working in Learning & Development for global companies. She has a Masters Degree in Occupational Psychology giving her a unique insight into workplace motivation, performance and culture. She is currently enjoying completing her Level 6 Certificate in Leading Equality, Diversity & Inclusion.

Abby is passionate about creating simple, but impactful learning solutions that drive behaviour change and align with business values. As a learning facilitator she strives to create open, informal forums for discussion and debate, encouraging participants to learn from one another as well as from the content being shared.

As a coach, she helps people work on their well-being, build confidence and develop a strong personal brand. She is a big believer in ‘work-life harmony’ and likes to help her clients enjoy a more balanced life.

Outside of work, Abby is kept on her toes by her young daughter and son. When she’s not taking them to parties or playdates she enjoys going out for dinner with friends and pursuing her new interest in pilates.
